Andrews Sisters: Patty, LaVerne and Maxene Andrews
One of the most popular singing groups of the 1930s, '40s and '50s.

Maxene (1916 - 1995)
Singing sisters born in Minnesota. The girls worked from the 1930s - 1970s, though they were most popular in the 1940s. They had a unique, rich harmony that has seldom been duplicated.
They also appeared in a number of films. Recorded over 1800 songs and sold over 90 million records! Some of their best remembered hits include "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Bei Mir Bist Du Shon",
"Rum and Coca Cola" and "Beer Barrel Polka". Maxine and Patty appeared in a Broadway musical in 1974, called Over Here!
